How is your prayer life? Jesus loved His Father and communicated with Him often through prayer.  I believe the single most important things we can do is be in the Word of God and pray.  I believe the best example of how to pray is to pray like Jesus.  I am going to simply focus on sharing some examples of how Jesus prayed in a 3-part devotional message this week (Wednesday through Friday).  I pray you will take time to heed and practice praying in your spiritual life just like Jesus did.

--Jesus prayed for all believers.  John 17:11 “…now protect them by the power of your name so that they will be united just as we are.” John 17:20–21 reads: “I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me through their message. I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me.”

--Jesus prayed daily first thing in the morning in a place of quietness.   Mark 1:35 “Before daybreak the next morning, Jesus got up and went out to an isolated place to pray.”  Luke 5:16 tells us that Jesus went to pray away from the people in solitude.
